My client is an international firm specializing in physical trading of natural resources and acquisition of real estate in the UK and overseas. This firm has the requirement for a bright candidate for the position of PA / OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR out of their prestigious Park Lane office in Central London.

Experience in multiple languages is preferred but not essential. Please apply only if you have proven track of at least 5 years in a similar post.

Reports to Executive Team
Salary: £18,000 p.a. (negotiable upon experience)
Hours: 9 am – 6 pm Monday – Thursday (4 days a week)
Job Purpose: Providing support to the Executive Team

Office management:
Working closely with the executive team
Managing diaries
Organising travel and accommodation
Arranging meetings
Providing general administrative support (including drafting letters/emails)
Organising meetings sending papers and taking minutes
Screening telephone calls and handling enquiries
Providing general administrative support

Decision making and time-management skills are essential
Good written and spoken communication skills
Attention to detail
Be able to work to tight deadlines
Be able to prioritise
Remain calm under pressure
Excellent administrative skills
Tact and discretion, for dealing with confidential information
Good IT skills

As you prove yourself you'll become indispensable as your manager's 'right hand man' and are likely to be given a high level of responsibility.
