Job Description
If you are the kind of person who likes to engage with people and loves great coffee, you will probably feel right at home with Urban Espresso in partnership with Avanta, providers of luxury serviced office facilities located in Heathrow.
As an Urban Espresso Barista, you will enjoy a job in a high-energy environment that comes with the opportunity to progress both your career and skills within a rapidly expanding company. You will gain personal experience from working directly with industry leading professionals and Baristas who have learnt skills from all over the world. Best of all, you will be part of a team of great people who are committed and passionate about creating a welcoming environment for all customers.
Daily responsibilities will include;
1. Produce espresso based speciality coffees using a combination of traditional espresso machinery and frozen drink blending equipment.
2. Up-sell and introduce customers to a new coffee experience.
3. Take in daily deliveries of fresh food items and merchandise both counter and refrigerated displays.
4. Serving customers and cash handling using an Epos till system.
5. Provide refreshments and food when needed for hospitality within premises.
6. Daily stock control and ordering.
7. Daily cleaning of bar area and clearing of tables during the day.

In return for your hard work, we are offering an hourly rate of £6.00 per hour plus bonus, uniform, ongoing training and great prospects!
All applicants must be able to commute to Bath Road, Heathrow.
Our coffee bar opening hours are from 8am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and the shifts can vary.
