• Strong experience in Credit Portfolio Management gained in financial institutions
• Previous experience of Credit Portfolio Modelling in a financial environment
• Demonstrable evidence of \'new thinking\' in Credit Portfolio Modelling

• Thorough knowledge of Economic Capital, Value at Risk, Credit derivative pricing, stress testing, correlation modelling, portfolio optimisation and rating agency models

THE ROLE:
In this role, you would be reporting directly to the director running the team. He is seeking a further senior manager with the appropriate mathematical, credit modelling and business development background to help him with presenting the team’s unique product and service offering to clients.

THE OPPORTUNITY:
Partner! No, seriously! This team is producing products and services that no-one else is. This is a unique offering in cutting-edge technologies for which there is no equivalent or competition elsewhere. If you make a success of this, the team will want to grow quickly and expand globally. In this role, you would be the most senior person in the team other than the director currently running it. Consequently, the prospects are to step up to Director and then Partner in relatively quick succession. There is no “glass ceiling” here and nothing preventing there being multiple partners in the one team.
