PRICING ANALYST, LONDON

Our client is seeking an Pricing Analyst to assist in the pricing of new products for the UK market. The Pricing Analyst will gain a thorough understanding of the techniques used to develop Variable Annuity products including a significant exposure to stochastic modelling techniques.
Role Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
â— Develop stochastic models for profit testing and pricing investment guarantees.
â— Produce profitability and risk reports for new product designs.
â— Estimate the hedge cost for new product designs.
â— Ensure that product designs are implemented correctly on the policy administration system.
The successful candidate should possess the following -
â— Previous experience in a product development/risk management role is essential.
â— Sound commercial acumen and good business experience is essential.
â— The ability to demonstrate excellent analytical, reporting and communication skills and to develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders is required.
â— Experience of the UK insurance market would be a benefit in this position.
