Job Description
Part time appointment booker required
Location: Clapham Junction, London UK
4 hours every Saturday from 10:00 – 14:00
£7.50 per hour plus bonuses
Role Purpose
At earcandy we love selling live entertainment to the corporate and wedding market. A brand new opportunity has arisen in an exciting new area of our business and we are now recruiting a new team to be part of our sales strategy.

We are looking for outgoing, tenacious and persuasive people to help book schedule calls for our entertainment consultant. You will be the first contact that earcandy has with the client.
Responsibilities
- to be the external face of earcandy and the first contact for prospective clients.
- To communicate professionally with potential customers and to keep a brilliant telephone manner in every situation (we have a reputation to keep!)
- To work as a team to ensure targets are achieved
- To ensure personal targets are met and maximize the potential of the entertainment consultant.
- To learn our ethos and products (by heart) and be able to concisely describe benefits to the customers.
Requirements
- a hard working ethic, and ‘not afraid of a challenge’ mentality
- an exceptional telephone manner
- IT skills
- We will need you to ‘roll up your sleeves’ and get involved with what ever changes we may face in this new venture (and there will be a few!)
