Job Description
Job Description: The BD/Marketing Manager will handle an individual contributor’s role in a highly competitive market. Will focus solely on LPO services market (mainly corporate legal departments and Law Firms). The Manager will be responsible for generating a pipeline of business for the company. Responsibilities include the overall management of Sales Cycle from prospecting to closing the deal.
Key Responsibilities:
* To win new businesses in the LPO services segment from clients like corporations and law firms
* To build a pipeline of prospective revenue opportunities in LPO services.
* To build statements of work and pricing structures for LPO processes in coordination with the senior management.
Key skills: At least bachelor’s degree, preferably Graduate Education along with a minimum of 5 years experience, of which 3 or more must be in selling outsourcing services.
• Preference would be given to law graduates with marketing experience and those working in the LPO industry.
• Must have good analytical skills
• Effective communication and presentation skills to work closely with middle and senior management stakeholders with global corporations and Law firms are essential.
• Ability to effectively negotiate with clients and position as a differentiated service provider.
